Energy Monitoring System High Power-D-Box
Precise measuring data acquisition in accordance with the Energy Efficiency Act (EnEfG)
The Energy Monitoring System - High Power-D-Box consists of the High Power-D-Box MRU (PDB-N-Dxx-RR-MRU) power distribution system and the MRU10 Monitoring & Reporting Unit.
The High Power-D-Box MRU is a compact power distribution system for plug-in type hydraulic-magnetic circuit breakers. The integrated DC sensors enable measuring data acquisition (U, I, P) of the supply groups A and B.
The MRU10 Monitoring & Reporting Unit analyses the sensor data, shows it on site via a display or transmits it to a management system via an interface. A single MRU10 unit can collect and process data from up to ten High Power-D-Boxes. The measured data gives the operator full transparency, e.g. about the actual power consumption of the loads. This data can be used as the basis for calculating KPIs such as Power Usage Effectiveness (PuE). (EnEfG)
Benefits:
- Precise measurement data collection according to PUE category 2/3 for calculating relevant KPIs in accordance with the EnEfG
- Efficient energy savings through targeted identification of powerintensive hardware
- Transparent cost allocation: Electricity costs can be allocated to the polluter
- Optimized resource planning: Easy analysis of whether current power consumption allows the use of additional hardware in the IT rack
- Flexible data access: Show the values directly on site via the display or conveniently via remote request using integrated interface protocols
